PROCOOL LLC (PROCOOL) warrants all PROCOOL rack mount and cabinet fan systems against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This policy is effective as of 1/1/2019, prior purchase dates are covered under the previous 2 year warranty.

PROCOOL will repair or replace the unit at no charge if the problem is a result of faulty workmanship or defective parts. PROCOOL is not obligated to provide the limited warranties or maintenance services if there has been any unauthorized alteration, modifications, or repairs not performed by PROCOOL. Any damage to the unit caused by mishandling or misuse will not be covered under the warranty.
Failure caused by excessive dirt buildup as the result of failure to keep fans clean is not covered under the limited 2 year warranty. Regular cleaning is understood to be the customer's responsibility.

All claims must be submitted by email to customerservice@rackfans.com within the warranty period. The buyer's name and a complete description of the problem must be included. An RMA number will be issued for all valid claims, including return instructions. All returns should be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipment. Any damage caused as a result of improper packaging will not be covered under the limited warranty. PROCOOL will provide all necessary parts and labor to perform the required repairs.

Any repairs not covered under the limited warranty or modifications can be performed by PROCOOL at the buyer’s request. Applicable fees and charges will apply.
